Our factory is closed during our summer holidays from 23th July through 15th August, 2010.

From November 2009 we represent us with a new company logo which follows our four pictograms of the production process. The new logo stays for our quality and all the advantages of our production process.

Our new, 16 meters long sintering line (conveyor furnace) will allow us to respond to the important demand of formed and sintered components and to overcome the problem of potential bottlenecks. This equipment has been in service ever since October 2008 and is very flexible so as to process small, medium or even large batches very expediently.

On October 1st, 2008 Beat Bolliger joined our team and we are happy to have him and his meticulous skills on our side. He has a long experience in the field working for a well-known company producing special alloys. Beat is in charge of our quality management and will make sure that we all concentrate more than ever on delivering neat, accurate products.

Beat is your contact for all concerns regarding quality. He ensures that no faulty parts ever leave our factory. To say it frankly, we hope that you will never need his assistance.

After a designing and building period of over 14 months, we were able to launch our new equipment for sintering heavy metal parts mid-September 2008. A comparatively short testing phase was necessary before we succeeded in obtaining optimal results. We were able to switch over to normal production beginning October 2008. The most important reorganisation of our factory was completed in September 2008. Our in-house toolmaking and machining departments are now located in the upper floor. On Tuesday, 27th May, we looked forward to receive our new, long expected sintering furnace for heavy metal parts. Unfortunately the driver of the heavy goods vehicle lost his way and was finally stuck underneath a motorway bridge, located at a distance of only 500 meters from our company.

Beginning of last year we ordered a high temperature sintering furnace, customised to our very specific requirements, for added production capacity and security. This furnace will allow us to sinter parts at temperatures up to 1600 degrees C. The plan is to bring it into operation end of May 2008.

We are pleased to announce that Nicole Broch has joined our team and will be in charge of our newly equipped laboratory. Nicole is a young, strongly motivated associate and will certainly not be fooled by any shining surfaces because she looks deeply inside the parts and misses no details.
Our new laboratory will also accept to carry out microsections for third companies.

Ever since 1st November, 2007, Philippe Voisard with his long experience and well-founded knowledge brings a valuable addition to our team. Philippe has been a skilled toolmaker in the service of an internationally renowned sintering company for several years and has an experience of 13 years in the design of sintering tools.
